It's been a while since I had the chance to write to you, but believe me, it's been a very busy couple of months! There are a lot of things coming in August that I want to let you in on. As of August 4tht, you'll be able to enjoy all of the following changes:
US and FR server merge: bilingual hunting!
For the first time in the history of Aeria Games, we'll be merging two servers with different languages (and keeping both languages)! How is it going to work? Never fear—we'll be doing all the work on our side next Thursday (August 4th). After the merge is done, you can simply launch the game and log in as usual. Afterwards, you'll be able to connect with players of both the French AND English versions of the game! The different versions will keep their respective localization, which means that quests, items, dialogue, and other in-game content will still be in the language of the client installed on your PC. Lower prices on AP and more items in the Loyalty Shop
We decided to make the game more accessible to everybody. This means that we're offering deep discounts on AP prices (except for Fortune Gems, which need to remain unchanged to keep the in-game economy balanced). We'll also be adding more direct-sale items to the Item Shop! We hope these changes to the shop will allow more people to fully enjoy the game.
Of course, we haven't forgotten about those players who can’t afford to purchase items with Aeria Points, but who like the game so much that they spend countless hours farming to buy things with Loyalty Points. So, we've decided to add more items to the Loyalty Shop (yes, even cash-only items) and to lower the prices of certain existing items. Enjoy!
Never-Ending Loyalty Programs
We've come to the conclusion that in order to deliver the best player experience possible, we should reward those who help us keep the game running. From now on, there will always be at least 2 Loyalty Programs running. This means that we'll keep our monthly Loyalty Programs running as they are, but that we'll also extend the weekend programs to cover the whole week! Additionally, we'll overlap the weekly programs on Fridays, thus allowing players to benefit from 3 programs at once.
Thank-you gift from the Dragomon Hunter team
Last but not least, we'd like to thank everyone who has ever played Dragomon Hunter. Between Thursday, August 4th and Friday, August 5th, we'll be sending an email to each player's account. This email will contain 20,000 Loyalty Points that can be immediately redeemed and put to use!
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for this gift, you must have a valid email address registered to your Aeria Games account. If you have not yet done so, please update this information on your profile as soon as possible. Please note that profile changes made after the 3rd of August (23:59 CEST) won't result in the gift email being sent to you automatically.
